Service Description
De prijs per volwassene bedraagt € 89,50 en € 79,50 per kind. De prijs is inclusief privé show, 3 gangen diner, koffie, thee, frisdranken en bier en wijn (Hollands drankenpakket), exclusief sterke dranken. Onze dinnershows zijn te boeken voor groepen vanaf 14 personen. Let op: dit betreft ook de minimale totaalprijs
Cancellation Policy
3.10 Cancellation of an agreement by the other party is only possible if it is done in writing before the commencement of the provision of services and/or the delivery of goods. Subject to the provisions below, in the event of cancellation, any preparation costs incurred by Roy’s Magic Theater shall always be charged to the other party. If cancellation takes place earlier than 5 working days before the start of the provision of services or the delivery of goods, then the other party shall owe, in addition to the preparation costs referred to in the second sentence of this article, compensation amounting to 50% of the agreed fee/price. If cancellation takes place later than 5 working days before the start of the provision of services or the delivery of the goods, the compensation referred to above shall amount to the full agreed fee/price. Additionally, the other party may, if offered and approved by RMT, reschedule the performance date once to a replacement date within a period of 3 months from the original date. In the event of cancellation within this rescheduled period, the other party shall owe the full agreed fee/price. 3.11 Any financial obligations of Roy’s Magic Theater towards third parties relating to the cancelled agreement, which must be fulfilled by RMT, including but not limited to purchased or ordered materials and/or hired equipment or technicians, shall also be fully charged to the other party.
